Do We Accept Returns ?

Yes, we provide returns for both customized and non-customized items with below Terms and Conditions apply.

RETURN
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return them to us at knittingbees123@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, providing the products are in original resalable condition. Please provide the proof or purchase, order number and reason for return in the email request.

RETURN PROCEDURES

1. Send an email request to knittingbees123@gmail.com to initiate the return process by using the email template provided.
2. Contact our Customer Service team at 6019-5790215 to inform the request.
3. We will process your request within 3 working days and notify the refund eligibility via email.
4. Once you receive the approval email, kindly return your items to the address provided.

*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed. 


REFUND

Once your return is received and confirmed, you will be notify via email within 3 working days after we make confirmation and process for the request. We are not able to exchange or refund item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. If you are entitled for the refund, we will need another 7 working days for the refund to be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND(S)

  1. If you have not yet received your refund, please begin by double-checking your bank account for any recent transactions.
  2. Reach out to your credit card provider, as the posting of refunds can sometimes require additional processing time.
  3. Contact your bank, considering that there may be a delay in the refund’s posting.

Terms and Conditions of Return

  1. All returns must be delivered within seven working days of the buyer receiving the parcel. (*delivery date is the first day)
  2. Returns are strictly limited to one per order number. If an order placed with return credit cannot be returned within the specified time frame.
  3. Refunds are only available for DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) OR ITEM(S) DELIVERED WRONGLY.
  4. The damages that causes during transit or transportation is not Knitting Bees liability.
  5. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that all items have not been worn, washed, or altered.
  6. Any used / discount codes for the returned order will be voided and will not be refundable or re-usable.
  7. We only provide 75% of the original price for the return of customized items where the specifications provided by the customer were accurately fulfilled due to its personalized nature.

POLICY CHANGES

Knitting Bees reserves the right to amend or revise this refund and return policy without prior notice. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon the updated policy being posted on our website.
